Isolate Tool

The Isolate tool is a tool that selects the selected element and its connected parts together.

How to Use​

Vertices​

  1. Select one or more vertices. Vertex Select
  2. Run the Isolate Tool.
  3. All vertices up to the elements connected by a face are selected. Vertex Result

Edges​

  1. Select one or more edges. Edge Select
  2. Run the Isolate tool.
  3. All edges up to the connected element are selected. Edge Result

Faces​

  1. Select one or more faces. Face Select
  2. Run the Isolate tool.
  3. All faces up to the connected element are selected. Face Result
