Hello,

As we approach the end of July, we're here with a new blog post. Over the past month, there have been many updates not only in development but also in our business model. In this blog post, we will share these updates with you.

UModeler X License Model

Since last September, UModeler X has received various feedback from approximately 4,200 users during the beta testing phase, making it a more powerful and stable tool. Finally, the licensing model for UModeler X has been somewhat finalized. Even after the new licensing model is applied, the various modeling, rigging, painting, and AI texturing tools provided in the existing beta version will continue to be available for free with the Basic license.

The Plus License includes all the features of the Basic license, along with the core features and major tools of UModeler, aiming to fully replace the original UModeler. Existing UModeler users will have the benefit of purchasing the Plus license at an upgrade price. This Plus license is scheduled to be released as an early bird version in September 2024, with the official version launching on the Unity Asset Store in November 2024.

The Pro and Team licenses, which will be subscription-based, are set to be unveiled early next year. These licenses will not only include all the features of the Plus license but also provide the fastest access to the latest features of UModeler X.
